How we work

We choose the tools that deliver the results fastest and with the least effort. Therefore, we apply a constantly changing mix of methodologies and methods, however, we always minimize overhead and bureaucracy as we want to ensure that independence and decision power stay within the teams and groups that do the work.

This means that over time we have developed some cornerstones for how we work:

Team size has a huge effect on our ability to keep up with these cornerstones, so we keep it small. One way for us to do that is by only hiring highly skilled people that can cover more roles and take responsibility.

This means that at the moment our teams are structured in the following overall areas:

  • Sales and Strategy
  • Product and Marketing
  • Frontend development
  • Backend development and DevOps
  • Device/hardware
  • Support and training
  • Canbus
  • Data Science

Most teams/groups are made up of 8-12 people co-located in our office in downtown Copenhagen. We value the swift cooperation and team spirit that emerges from the different teams, as well as the cross-team collaboration.

In sum, nothing is set in stone. We are always up for experimenting and doing things differently if it improves the way we work.
