People & Culture
We are a diverse group of enthusiastic people who value openness, take responsibility, and are not afraid of challenging each other.
We work in small teams of 2-4 people, which allows us to be agile and focus on results. Learning and cross-team collaboration play a big role in how we work but so does having fun together.
What I like about Connected Cars is that I have the autonomy and the backing to do things the right way without being held back by unnecessary bureaucracy. We use the technology that fits the task, and you can challenge most technical decisions.
The best thing about working at Connected Cars is being part of a fantastic team of dedicated people who work well together and have fun too, all while striving to achieve our goals.
Working in a company where we do a lot of things for the first time really gives me the chance to improve my skillset. There are also plenty of growth opportunities, since the company is rapidly growing itself. If you’re ambitious, the learning curve is as steep as you want it to be and if you have difficulties along the way, you’re surrounded by smart and talented colleagues ready to guide you.
It takes great people to build great software
If you apply for a technical job at Connected Cars, here’s what you should know.
We don’t expect you to match our technology stack to the letter but it’s definitely an advantage if you have experience with some of the technology we use. We usually look for people with experience in more than one technology stack, open source participation, and preferably a relevant education.
